Outlook calendar and mail, connected the same way
Microsoft 365 is a first-class provider, not a fallback. The same two-way calendar sync and the same send-from-your-own-address behaviour as Google, over Microsoft's OAuth.
Outlook calendar, both directions
Events sync out of and back into the workspace, so a meeting booked by a colleague in Outlook is a meeting Sell knows about.
Send from your Outlook mailbox
Follow-ups and proposals go out from your own address through Microsoft, tracked in the workspace against the client they belong to.
Setup
- Open Connections in the portal and choose Microsoft.
- Approve the calendar and mail scopes.
- Choose the calendar Sell writes to and the mailbox it sends from.
Limits
- Calendar and mail are separate grants, as with Google.
- Microsoft Teams is not an integration. The browser extension can listen to a tab that happens to be a Teams call. See the extension page, and read the consent rules before you use it.
