Coaching next to a call that is not ours

Plenty of calls happen somewhere other than Sell. The extension lets Listen work alongside a call running in another tab, so the coach is available without moving the meeting.

Pairs with your account

A one-time pairing from the portal ties the extension to your workspace. Nothing is shared until you start a session.

Consent is enforced, not suggested

The product does not switch on until you confirm everyone in the room has been told. That confirmation is checked on the server, not in the popup.

Setup

Install the extension in desktop Chrome or Edge.
Open Portal → Extension and pair it with your account.
Start a Listen session from the workspace when you are on a call.

Limits

Desktop Chrome and Edge only. There is no mobile browser extension, on any platform.
It cannot record a phone call on the same phone. Apple and Google forbid that at the operating-system level, and no setting changes it.
Listening to a call is regulated differently in different countries and often requires everyone's consent. Check what applies to you before you use it; we will not tell you it is fine.
