Sell vs. Fireflies

A well-established notetaker with wide CRM sync, against an all-in-one workspace.

What Fireflies is good at

Fireflies is a mature, broadly integrated notetaker. It joins the calls you already run, transcribes them well, and pushes the result into a long list of other tools. If your stack is already chosen and you want it captured, that breadth of integration is the whole point and Fireflies has more of it than we do.

How Sell is different

Fireflies is built to feed other systems. Sell is built to be the system. That is better if you do not have one yet, and worse if you have already standardised on tools Fireflies syncs with and we do not.

When to choose Fireflies instead

  • Your CRM is HubSpot or Salesforce and native, no-effort sync matters more than anything else on this page.
  • You want notes from calls across many tools and platforms, and nothing else.
  • Your team is happy with its existing quoting and invoicing, and does not want them moved.

When to choose Sell

  • You do not have a CRM yet and do not want to buy one plus a notetaker plus a billing tool.
  • The value for you is in what gets sent after the call, not in the notes themselves.
  • You want one workspace your copilot can read end to end.
